Our boxes generally take 7-14 business days to arrive at the destination from the moment they are picked up by our courier. It may take slightly longer to reach places further from Hong Kong. We also try to ship out our boxes around the same date every month, but if that date falls on a weekend we will ship the boxes out the following monday.
Your payment will be made immediately upon successful processing on the payment page. All plans are subscription based and will auto-renew on the 15th of the upcoming month. For example if you purchase a plan on the 20th of October, you will be billed immediately, then your next bill will be charged automatically on the 15th of November if you have not cancelled your subscription before then. Note that payments cannot be refunded and boxes cannot be returned, so please take care when choosing the correct plan.
If your box has not yet shipped out, you may be able to get a refund for your box. Please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. Once your box is shipped out, we will not be able to issue a refund anymore. Please note we can only apply refunds to single month subscriptions. Multiple month subscriptions cannot be refunded once the first box has been shipped out.
Since we ship in so many items per month, there are bound to be a few items that have nicks and scratches or even broken. Some of these items may also have gotten past our quality control and ended up in one of our boxes, or we may have missed an item inside your box. If your box is one of these unfortunate ones, please take a picture and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org with a short description of the problem, and we will ship you a replacement item. If we don't have a replacement item, we will ship you a different item of the same or higher value from our next box.
Lootaku is a premium box with a guaranteed WOW factor every month. Yes we are more expensive, but it's with this higher budget that we can provide high quality items without any cheap filler items that you see often in our competitors. We are the only box that can provide Asia exclusives, and high quality statues and figures. Most of our boxes have at least one of these inside.
You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer portal on our website by clicking on the icon on the top right. Once logged in, you'll see a manage subscriptions link on the left. Clicking into that, you'll see all your active subscriptions with a cancel button next to it.
