I see there are other similar companies out there. Why is yours so much more expensive?
You can say that our box is an upgraded version of the boxes that the other companies provide. We were subscribers of those companies before, and many of their boxes were disappointing. Because of their lower budget, you receive a lot of cheap filler items like stickers and buttons that just isn't really exciting.
So rather than wasting money on those cheap filler items, and having disappointing months, we decided that our current budget is needed for every box to have 4-6 really exciting items. With this higher budget, we can guarantee that every month will give you that WOW factor, which is basically what these services originally wanted to achieve.
What does LOOTAKU mean?
Lootaku is a combination of two words: Loot and Otaku.
Loot is a term often used in gaming to refer to valuable items that you acquire.
Otaku is a person that is overly obsessed/addicted to things like video games, anime, manga, etc.
By using the fusion dance technique, we created a new word.
Lootaku - a person obsessed with acquiring epic loot.

When will your boxes be shipped out?
Our boxes are shipped out on the 15th of every month, but this date may change in the near future. Stay tuned!
How much does shipping cost?
You can click on your destination within the order page and it will show the shipping cost for the plan you have picked on the bottom of the page
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our boxes generally take 7-14 business days to arrive at the destination from the moment they are picked up by our courier. It may take slightly longer to reach places further from Hong Kong. We also try to ship out our boxes around the same date every month, but if that date falls on a weekend we will ship the boxes out the following monday.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes we provide tracking on all our shipping options.
What currency will I be billed in?
You will be billed in United States Dollars.
When will I be billed?
Your payment will be made immediately upon successful processing on the payment page. All plans are subscription based and will auto-renew on the 15th of the upcoming month. For example if you purchase a plan on the 20th of October, you will be billed immediately, then your next bill will be charged automatically on the 15th of November if you have not cancelled your subscription before then. Note that payments cannot be refunded and boxes cannot be returned, so please take care when choosing the correct plan.
How do I pay?

I would like a refund!
Sorry, but once payment has been completed and processed, boxes cannot be refunded. If you have not yet received the box for the month you paid for, you will still receive the box, but it cannot be returned. If you have any complaints about the box or the items within, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to help.
One of my items is broken!
When we ship in so many items per month, there are bound to be a few items that have nicks and scratches and even broken. Some of these items may also have gotten past our quality control and ended up in one of our boxes. If your box is one of these unfortunate ones, please take a picture and send it to email@example.com with a short description of the problem, and we will ship you a replacement item. If we don't have a replacement item, we will ship you a different item of the same or higher value from our next box.
